Lexica is another project made by Intralogue Limited. It is a virtual dialog system that provides automated customer query answering. It managed to handle general enquiries and will escalate complex enquiries to customer service agent. The system is used by the library of University of Hong Kong as a search and general question answering assistant.

What I did: I wore many hats in this project including branding site development, customer agent administration system development…etc.

But My main responsibility was to build the artificial intelligence behind the question answering system from start to finish, which includes:
